Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on brand standards, guest service, and safety.
• Maintain energy and engagement, ensuring the team follows SOPs and policies.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, products, and promotions.
• Oversee tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity.
• Ensure a smooth shift hand-off and effective delegation of duties.
• Communicate clearly on the floor to keep the shift moving and productive.
