Job summary

Zax LLC seeks a Shift Leader to manage product, process, and people for each shift at Zaxbys. You will train and coach team members, supervise tasks, and respond to guest concerns to ensure high performance and compliance with standards.

You will lead opening/closing tasks, monitor operations, and help maintain food quality and safety while supporting management in achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy; knowledge of required company software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of high-performance and train and coach team members to meet all company standards.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures.
