Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in Sioux Falls to direct store operations in partnership with the GM/ASM. You will ensure the team understands goals, directives, and guest connections during shifts, and you will lead with a focus on service and store presentation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on the floor.
• Coach and give feedback to Team Members during the shift.
• Handle admin tasks like deposits and inventory as assigned.
• Own the shift and prepare for the next one, maintaining calm under pressure.
