Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Aberdeen, SD is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily store operations in partnership with the GM/ASM. You’ll ensure clear shift goals, SOP adherence, and strong guest connections while supporting team development and store success.

The role focuses on driving engagement, maintaining product quality, and managing administrative tasks. A background in customer service and leadership is preferred, with full-time availability and a focus on community presence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Train team on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory and store orders.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members during shifts.
• Contribute to a positive store culture and guest connections.
