Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure staff understand goals, quality standards, and guest connections during shifts.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, coaching team members, training on products and promotions, and maintaining store standards while managing day-to-day tasks and administration.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure team understands goals, expectations, products, and SOPs.
• Coach and give feedback to team members in real time.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain the store look and ensure quality standards are met.
