Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Follows company policies for time punches and safety.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including product, process, and people.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; communicate performance to GM.
• Prioritize guest and team experiences and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
• Manage duties to open/close the shift and meet goals.
• Communicate shift goals and delegate tasks to staff to meet targets.
