Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved to take responsibility as a Shift Leader.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure team understands goals, products, cleanliness and guest connections during the shift.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members to maintain quality standards.
• Train staff on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory and store orders.
• Maintain the store look and feel with total store vision and SOP adherence.
• Foster career development conversations and inclusive team culture.
