Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily cafe operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure brand standards, guest connections, product quality, and a smooth shift, while guiding the team to deliver excellent service.

The role requires leadership experience, flexibility, and a focus on maintaining a welcoming, well-run store. The position emphasizes coaching, cash handling, and alignment with Caribou's core values.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of leadership experience or equivalent training.
• Flexible availability to meet business and team needs, including variable days/times.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with commitment to brand standards, guest connections and uptime.
• Coach and train team members in duties, product knowledge and promotions.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, inventory and purchase orders.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, safety, and security.
