Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation and method of communication with the restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Take action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are addressed promptly.
• Monitor all aspects of restaurant operations and proactively correct problems.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and manage labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for Team Members and Guests.
• Train and supervise Team Members effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and profits while controlling costs.
• Plan, organize, and execute operational routines during the shift.
