The Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in delivering outstanding hospitality and operating to the restaurant’s business plan. You will ensure team members perform their duties and meet expectations across all job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and means of communication with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Take action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated.
• Monitor and adjust restaurant operations to prevent problems and optimize performance.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Manage staffing levels and labor costs.
• Create a friendly atmosphere for team members and guests.
• Train and supervise team members effectively.
• Support efforts to maximize sales and minimize controllable costs.
• Plan, organize, and implement operational routines during your shift.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and staff.
