Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager in ensuring the restaurant operates in line with the business plan. You will oversee team members, uphold hospitality standards, and help drive sales while controlling costs.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
Reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant.

Responsibilities

Take necessary action to ensure hospitality service is outstanding and anticipate guest needs.
Path the restaurant to monitor all operations and correct problems immediately.
Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
Monitor staffing levels and labor costs.
Create a friendly atmosphere for team members and guests.
Train and supervise team members.
Support efforts to maximize sales and profits and minimize costs.
Plan and implement operational routines during your shift.
Maintain cooperative relationships with management and staff.
Ensure sanitation, safety, and security policies are observed.
