Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily restaurant operations, ensuring every task aligns with the business plan and that Team Members meet expectations.

You will uphold hospitality, manage staffing and costs, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and sanitation standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• Flexible hours, including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and method of communication with restaurant (phone or email).

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipated and handled promptly.
• Monitor restaurant operations to prevent problems and take corrective action.
• Enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards consistently.
• Manage staffing levels and labor costs.
• Train and supervise Team Members effectively.
• Plan and execute operational routines during shifts.
• Maintain a cooperative relationship with management and peers.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed.
