Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group in Kingsport, TN is hiring a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring staff performs duties and upholds the business plan. You will guide team members, monitor guest service, and help maintain safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be willing to work flexible hours including openings and closings.
Reliable transportation and means to communicate with the restaurant.
