Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in daily operations. You will oversee Team Members, uphold service standards and ensure guest satisfaction during each shift.

Key duties include supervising staff, controlling labor costs, maintaining cleanliness, and driving sales while delivering hospitality with integrity. This position is full-time and on-site at our Tennessee location.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to work flexible hours including opening and closing shifts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to communicate with the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager with daily restaurant operations and team supervision.
• Ensure hospitality service is outstanding and guest needs are anticipates and met.
• Monitor staffing levels, labor costs and training of team members.
• Maintain sanitation, safety and cleanliness standards and enforce policies.
• Plan and organize operational routines during shifts and drive sales.
