Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations and leadership. You will supervise the team, control labor and food costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive hospitality and teamwork.

You will lead by example, maintain standards, handle guest issues, and help drive efficiency on the floor with a focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a point‑of‑sale system.

Responsibilities

• Teach and practice Freddy’s hospitality, quality and cleanliness standards.
• Lead by example with strong time management and organized approach.
• Accept coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain urgency and situational awareness on the restaurant floor.
• Correct operational mistakes to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor, not in the office.
• Coach and develop team members to build a positive culture.
• Reduce waste, manage labor, and improve overall efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facility and equipment.
• Foster strong vendor relations and ensure product execution is on point.
