Job summary

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers in Texas is seeking an Hourly Manager to join the management team. You will coach and develop team members to ensure restaurant success, while leading shifts to deliver made-to-order items with hospitality and speed.

The role emphasizes controlling labor and costs, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and recruiting and mentoring staff to sustain a positive work culture and guest experience. Flexible hours including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• A hospitality focus and strong communications skills.
• Ability to help build a team, then mentor team members for success.
• Available to work a variety of hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing team members to ensure store success.
• Lead the restaurant during shifts with emphasis on speed of service, hospitality and safety & cleanliness.
• Assist management with daily operations, including labor and cost control, and guest relations.
• Recruitment and retention of key team members and orientation to company culture.
