Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking an Hourly Manager to join our management team. You will coach and develop team members, lead shifts, and ensure fast, friendly service with a focus on hospitality and cleanliness.

This role emphasizes coaching, guest relations, and controlling labor costs while maintaining safety standards. Availability for a variety of shifts, including weekends, is required for success.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience.
• Ability to recruit and mentor team members for success.
• Able to work a variety of hours including days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with daily operations and coaching of team members.
• Lead restaurant during shifts to ensure smooth service and hospitality.
• Help manage labor and food costs while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Build relationships with guests and ensure high-quality, made-to-order items.
