Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations, support management, and deliver the Freddy’s Experience. You will guide team members, ensure fast, friendly service, maintain food quality and safety, and help manage opening, closing, and shifts.

This role offers full-time or part-time scheduling and opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate has hospitality or supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to lead by example and provide clear direction to team members.
• Willingness to coach team members and hold standards consistently.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and provide direction and support to team members throughout the shift.
• Ensure every guest receives fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Maintain Freddy’s standards for food quality, preparation, portioning, presentation, and hospitality.
• Assign positions and deploy team members based on business needs.
• Monitor speed of service and make adjustments to keep operations running efficiently.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, temperature control, and food safety procedures are followed.
• Complete required food safety and temperature logs accurately and on time.
• Immediately address and communicate any food safety concerns.
• Assist with cash handling, register procedures, deposits, and other assigned financial controls.
• Monitor product levels and ensure proper stocking, rotation, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant for guests and team members.
• Coach team members in the moment and reinforce company policies and operating standards.
• Help train and develop new and existing team members.
