Responsibilities

Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality and cleanliness.

Demonstrate willingness to learn and accept coaching; practice situational management and urgency.
Correct operational mistakes to satisfy the guest.
Spend the majority of time on the restaurant floor; not in the office.
Assess team-member performance, coach and develop them, build a positive team culture.
Reduce waste, manage labor and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment.
Foster strong vendor relations and ensure product execution is on point.
