Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Minimum educational requirement: High School diploma.
• Food safety certification course required for Shift Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead associates on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Open, transition, and close shifts without supervision.
• Manage the line and delegate duties to associates while upholding quality standards.
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues promptly.
• Control costs, labor, waste, and cash handling on shift.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices on the floor.
