Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or food service, a high school degree, and the ability to train others and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Minimum educational requirement: High School degree.
• Ability to work a minimum of 2 opens and/or closes per week.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification course (ServSafe or equivalent).
• Ability to comprehend and communicate in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associates on shifts, including assigning tasks and training.
• Manage and organize the line and delegate duties to Associates.
• Open, transition, and close shifts without supervision.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Ensure product quality and customer service on every shift.
• Promote sales on the shift through executing the marketing plan.
