Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts and strive for top quality, service and atmosphere.
• Ensure crew are trained on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety and store safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning, cost control, inventory, labor planning and cash handling procedures.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Lead hiring, training and coaching to build a skilled and productive team.
