Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced shift leader to support the General Manager in operating the restaurant. You will oversee quality, service and atmosphere, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure adherence to food safety practices.

You will train shift leads and crew, coach staff, and lead efforts to meet financial goals while delivering an outstanding fan experience. Flexible schedule and trainings are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure staff are trained and fully knowledgeable on PRIDE systems, recipes and safety practices.
• Assist GM with developing and executing the restaurant's business plan and improving P&L performance.
• Provide exceptional Fan service and resolve customer concerns to ensure repeat visits.
• Lead hiring, training and coaching of shift leads and crew for a productive team.
• Enforce health and safety standards and maintain sanitation procedures.
