Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee daily restaurant operations with attention to detail, delivering quality guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food safety, service and atmosphere.

You will lead a team, manage inventory and labor, train shift leads, and partner with ownership on business planning to optimize sales and profit while upholding health and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Control inventory, ordering, and cash procedures.
• Lead training of shift leads and crew.
• Assist with strategies to increase average check and visit frequency.
• Ensure fan service meets company standards.
