Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Supervisor to keep the store heartbeat alive. You’ll lead the shift, ensure smooth operations, delegate tasks, and support juicers to grow and shine. You’ll uphold our standards and guest experience while helping the store run like a well‑oiled machine.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for people, service, and personal growth. This role is on site in Redmond, WA.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Ensure the DCWF is followed with precision by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise and delegate daily checklists using our task-monitoring system, keep the store clean and safe.
• Team Training: Support new juicers through our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support store sales performance.
