Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Supervisor to energize the store and maintain high guest experiences at our West Adams location. You will lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support the store management team to keep operations smooth and energetic.

You’ll mentor Juicers, uphold our standards, and help grow talent while ensuring safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment across all channels. This role offers a fast-paced, music-driven environment with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead under pressure.
• Passion for people and service.
• Flexible schedule and team‑first mindset.
• Experience with POS/KDS systems and delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and ensure team members are positioned across production, fulfillment, delivery and catering.
• Maintain awareness of order volume, ticket times, staffing, and workflow; adjust deployment as needed.
• Identify bottlenecks and take action to maintain efficiency in operations.
• Complete opening, closing, shift-change, and other procedures on time.
• Communicate shift performance and issues to the Store Manager and team.
