You’ll guide juicers to uphold standards, train new team members, and ensure a vibrant atmosphere. This role offers growth across locations and roles within our global network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: manage store flow and assign tasks to keep the team energized.
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists and maintain Pink Standards.
• Team Training: support new juicers with our training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation.
• Guest Experience: lead by example to ensure warm, memorable interactions.
• Sales Focus: monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support sales performance.
