Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Supervisor to energize fast-paced service, lead daily operations, and mentor a team of juicers. You will ensure smooth store performance, uphold high standards, and drive guest satisfaction while managing delegated tasks and training initiatives.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Daily Operations: Oversee the DCWF with precise task assignment and feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists and uphold Pink Standards.
• Team Training: Support juicers through Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead warm, memorable interactions and handle feedback professionally.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support sales performance.
