You will train staff, monitor daily operations, and contribute to sales goals while fostering a positive, growth-minded team environment. This role offers hourly pay with tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure
• Passion for people, service, and personal growth
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: follow the Daily Concept Workflow with precision, observe store traffic, assign tasks, and provide energizing feedback
• Cleanliness & Standards: supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, report issues promptly
• Team Training: support new juicers through a global training mantra and help build a capable crew
• Guest Experience: lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally
• Sales Focus: monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team to support store sales
