Job summary

Joe & The Juice is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You’ll lead the shift, delegate tasks, and support the store management team to maintain energy, standards, and guest experience. You’ll mentor juicers and drive smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong organization and communication skills, and a proactive, team-first mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Follow the Daily Concept Workflow, observe store traffic, assign tasks, and deliver feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Supervise daily checklists, keep the store clean and safe, report issues.
• Team Training: Support juicers through our training mantra to build a capable crew.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to ensure warm, memorable guest interactions.
• Sales Focus: Monitor targets, manage deliveries, and support sales performance.
