Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure smooth shift execution. You will support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals, maintain Brand standards, and deliver great guest service during each shift.

The role requires leadership experience in a fast-paced setting, basic computer skills, and strong English communication. This position is typically on-site at a Dunkin’ location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations, including opening/closing and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including food/beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Complete shift deployment plans to support the team.
• Coach team members with timely feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resources.
• Assist with training of team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during a shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prepare them for their shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolving issues promptly.
