Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Team Members and ensure daily operations meet Brand standards and guest service excellence. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team while providing timely feedback during your shift.

Responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage preparation, inventory, scheduling, cash handling, and maintaining food safety and safety protocols. Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment; on time, honest and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coach restaurant team members to execute Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and Brand standards throughout shift.
• Coordinate food and beverage preparation and shift priorities; assign tasks and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during the shift.
• Schedule team members, manage cash over/short, and ensure franchisee policies are followed.
• Provide training support and clear, constructive feedback to staff.
