Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader in the United States to coach Crew Members during shifts, ensuring operational Brand standards and delivering a friendly guest experience. You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate others while celebrating successes and giving timely feedback.

As a Shift Leader, you will help create a guest-first culture, resolve guest issues, and ensure recipes, brand standards, and systems are followed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach crew members to meet brand standards.
• Set priorities and communicate shift goals.
• Train crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment by following safety guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and execute marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards.
