Job summary

X0pa Ai is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in our Kentucky location. You will supervise team members, manage schedules, and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards while supporting managers with policy adherence.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of supervisory experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication, conflict resolution, and the ability to coach staff during high-volume periods. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or supervisory role.
• Leadership and management style understanding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Team-building skills to establish professional relationships and trust.
• Ability to enforce policies and compliance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, assign duties, and create shift schedules.
• Monitor performance and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members.
• Coach, train, and assess team members on policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members as needed.
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and employee disputes.
• Resolve guest concerns using brand recovery processes.
• Open/close registers, account for daily intake, and prepare cash deposits.
• Manage cash handling and administrative tasks including close-outs.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Keep store clean and well-stocked for guest experience.
• Serve guests, take orders, handle payments, and make drinks/desserts.
• Report issues to management and execute brand standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and process orders as directed by management.
