Job summary

Workstream is seeking an experienced Shift Leader to effectively manage operations in Mentor, Kentucky. The role involves leading a team to ensure exceptional customer service, overseeing training and development, and maintaining health and safety standards. Previous experience in high-volume restaurant leadership is required.

You will assist the General Manager in business planning, operations, and setting a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Flexible scheduling and comprehensive training are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Ensure that shift leads and crew are trained on all PRIDE systems.
• Assist in executing the restaurant’s business plan.
