Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Owensboro, KY location. You will support daily operations, help create a welcoming guest experience, and lead the team during shifts.

You will gain hands-on cooking experience and develop a broad skill set for advancing within a growth-oriented environment. Prior operations exposure and a willingness to learn are valued in this fast-paced restaurant setting.

Formación

• High school is acceptable; operations experience preferred.
• Food safety requirements may include local/municipal food handler certifications obtained at the applicant's expense.

Responsabilidades

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands‑on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
