Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis, supporting the management team and coaching staff to ensure tasks are performed efficiently. You will greet guests with a smile and uphold brand standards across all food and beverage preparations.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have previous management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher per applicable law)
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Shift Leader, you will supervise restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the management team in coaching the staff.
• Smiling and always saying “YES!” to our guests.
• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members and support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift including preparation of food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Coach team members as needed and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support training of restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies during shifts.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met and manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and mentor team members to do the same.
• Schedule restaurant team members for shifts
