Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members and ensure Brand standards across shifts in a high-volume restaurant. You will lead by example, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and prior leadership in fast-paced settings. Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in English or local language.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Experience managing daily store operations, including cash handling and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift, including food and beverage prep.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Complete shift deployment plans to adequately support positions.
• Coach team members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resource use.
• Support training of team members as needed.
• Oversee franchisee safety, security and profitability policies.
• Communicate with the next Shift Leader to prep them for the shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory throughout the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to protect reputation.
• Manage cash over/short and enforce cash handling policies.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and policy adherence.
