Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to help deliver consistent guest experiences across its Arizona locations. You’ll oversee crew, ensure quality standards, and manage shift operations with a focus on service, speed, and food safety.

As a Shift Leader you’ll coach Crew Members, assign roles, monitor performance, and uphold brand standards while controlling labor and costs.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver.
• Problem solving and decision making – rely on analysis and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and prepare for your scheduled shift.

• Support training of Crew Members and monitor performance.
