Job summary

Little Caesars in Kentucky is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and brand execution. You will lead the team on shifts, assign tasks, coach, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

You will handle opening/closing duties, maintain food safety, manage line setup, promote products, resolve guest issues, monitor costs and cash handling, and complete required training to support store success.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks and provide training.
• Use the huddle board to position the team and uphold policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure security procedures are followed (cash handling, opening/closing).
• Transition into opening/closing duties.
• Deliver great guest service and upsell/store promotions.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues.
• Lead team to open, transition, and close shifts; manage the line.
• Maintain standards for product quality.
• Work the line as needed and promote sales.
• Enforce food safety requirements and practices.
• Manage food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures.
• Complete additional e-learning as required.
