In this role you will train staff, handle opening/closing duties, manage the line, monitor food safety, and contribute to a positive guest experience while supporting the store's goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team; assign tasks and train.
• Use huddle board to position the team; follow policies and safety.
• Enforce security procedures; execute opening/closing tasks.
• Transition into opening/closing duties.
• Provide great guest service to keep guests happy.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly.
• Lead team to open, transition, and close shifts.
• Manage the line and delegate duties to team members.
• Uphold standards for product quality.
• Work the line as needed.
• Promote sales through in-store promotions and upselling.
• Execute and support all food safety requirements.
• Control labor, food costs, waste, and cash on shift.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Complete required e-learning as needed.
