Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will lead a team, delegate duties, and execute brand standards while ensuring high service quality.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, training, promoting in-store promotions, and maintaining food safety and cost controls. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and physical stamina to stand and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Use huddle board to position the team and follow policies.
• Ensure security and safety procedures are followed.
• Open/close duties transitions.
• Provide great guest service and resolve issues.
• Manage line, delegate duties, and promote sales.
• Ensure food safety requirements are met and costs are controlled.
• Count cash and follow daily cash handling procedures.
