Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including assigning tasks (cleaning, line duties, opening/closing duties).
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Utilize the huddle board and communicate policies.
• Ensure security, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
• Deliver great guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Open, transition, and close shifts; manage line organization.
• Uphold product quality standards and promote in-store promotions.
• Enforce food safety requirements and monitor costs and waste.
