Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to help guide the shift, support crew members, and deliver great guest experiences. You will work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
