Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to model hands-on leadership on the floor, support crew, and ensure guest experiences. You will work with management to keep operations running smoothly while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

This role is ideal for someone ready to mentor others, take the next step in leadership, and help create an environment where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed. Prior fast food or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts
• Set the example for excellent guest service and teamwork
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met
• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
