Jack in the Box is seeking a Team Leader to be a hands-on role model who helps lead the shift, support crew members, and deliver great guest experiences. You’ll work closely with management to keep operations running smoothly while fostering a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in leadership, mentor others, and help create an environment where employees feel valued and guests feel welcomed.

Qualifications

• Previous fast food or customer service experience preferred.
• Natural leadership and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts.
• Set the example for excellent guest service and teamwork.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor.
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members.
