You will mentor crew members, uphold food quality and safety standards, and work with management to keep operations smooth while fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts

• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members
