Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support crew members during assigned shifts.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members on the floor.
• Help resolve guest concerns professionally and respectfully.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and cash-handling procedures.
• Communicate effectively with managers and team members.
