Job summary

Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, ensuring proper staffing, maintaining safety and cleanliness, managing food safety, and forecasting sales with scheduling and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts and teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Minimum three months experience as a team member at a restaurant or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest service requirements.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members; keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working order.
• Ensure ingredients and menu items are sorted, handled, prepared, and presented with food safety in mind.
• Forecast sales, create schedules, order and track inventory, and complete weekly and business period reports.
