Job summary

Long John Silver's in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager who runs shifts, leads team members, and supports the restaurant management team to drive guest satisfaction and growth. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three months experience as a team member.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts, lead team members, and support restaurant management.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Ensure staffing levels meet guest service requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Ensure proper handling and presentation of ingredients and menu items with food safety in mind.
• Forecast sales, create schedules, and manage inventory; complete weekly/business period reports.
